    VAT regime guide

    VAT regime can differ by item. The final invoice setup is confirmed before payment.

    VAT reverse charge
    Used for eligible B2B buyers with a valid VAT ID when reverse charge conditions apply. The invoice is issued without local VAT charged by us.
    Non-VAT invoice
    Used for items invoiced without VAT shown on the invoice. No VAT amount is listed on the invoice.
    • VAT regime is item-specific and may differ between items in the same request.
    • If your request contains both regimes, we confirm the invoice setup before payment.
    • Please include your VAT ID / Company ID in the request form.
    Grading guide

    Grade is a general condition category. The Defects column lists item-specific issues and has priority over the general guide.

    Grade A
    Very good used condition. Light cosmetic wear only. Normal cleaning or basic preparation may be needed.
    Grade B
    Good used condition. Visible wear can include scratches, shiny keyboard or touchpad, worn edges, sticker marks or small dents. Usually suitable for resale after preparation.
    Grade C
    Heavily used or repair-oriented. Can include cracks, deeper scratches, display marks, missing covers, battery issues or other listed faults.
    Grade D
    Non-functional / parts unit. Defective, untested, incomplete or sold for parts. Intended for repair, diagnostics or parts harvesting.
    • Battery health is not guaranteed unless stated.
    • Keyboard layout, adapter, RAM, storage and missing parts may vary by item.
    • Known defects are listed in the table when available.
    • Photos and final condition can be confirmed before payment.
